DELIVERY POLICY

Same Day Delivery Monday to Saturday, order by 1:00pm

Special days like Valentine´s Day, Mother´s Day and Christmas Period. Orders placed after midday will be delivered for the next day. Interstate orders will take two business day once you place your order. Worldwide order apply just for Long Lasting Roses and will take from five to seven business days.

DELIVERY TIMES:

There is delivery service on Sundays or Public Holidays, once you make you booking in advance. We make every effort to deliver to schools before 3pm, business before 5pm and residential addresses before 7pm. If a specific delivery time is required please contact us on info@leblanc.net.au to ensure the time required is available prior to service.

CONDITIONS & DELIVERY:

Addresses - We will always endeavour to deliver your order to the address you have provided. It is very important that you provide the correct delivery details and include a contact telephone number for the recipient.

If we are unable to deliver the order due to not being able to enter the property or unable to contact the recipient, we will contact the sender to arrange a new delivery time and an additional charge will be required for re-delivery.

We advise that due to factors outside of our control (such as traffic delays or other unforeseen events) we may need to contact the recipient to get an alternate address to ensure delivery on the intended day.

If incorrect information has been provided, or due to problems our delivery driver encounters when attempting to deliver your order, we may not be able to complete the delivery and your order will be returned to the shop so alternate arrangements can be made, this will incur an additional delivery charge if a re-delivery is required.

In situations where a recipient is not at home to accept your gift, our couriers will leave the item in a secure location if available at the delivery address.

Where a secure location cannot be identified, our couriers will leave a “not at home” card in the letterbox of the delivery address advising your recipient to contact the delivering Leblanc, Special Moments and the item will be returned to our place.

In this instance, Leblanc is unable to guarantee that a re-delivery will be able to be made over the same day.

DELIVERY DETAILS

Accurate delivery details assist our florists and couriers to have your order delivered for you Special Day. Please ensure that you check your order confirmation email to ensure that the name and address details entered into your order are complete and correct.

Delivery for Funeral Orders

The Flower Factory treat funeral orders with the highest of priority. In order to see the order processed as smoothly as possible please supply the following information in the Address Details or Special Instructions:

  1. Full name of the deceased
  2. Name and address of the funeral home and name and phone number of a relative will be needed.
  3. Date and time of the funeral

Delivery to Hospitals/Nursing Homes

For hospital/nursing home deliveries, please supply Leblanc Special Moments with the recipient's:

  1. Full name
  2. Ward name or number
  3. Hospital name and address
  4. Whether the recipient is a patient/resident or part of the staff

For hospital and nursing home deliveries, Leblanc Special Moments recommends sending flowers and gifts that are already arranged in a container. Please note:

  1. Do not send loose cut flowers as there are usually limited suitable vases available
  2. Do not send large arrangements as space is often restricted
  3. Most hospitals do not allow plants
  4. Some hospitals do not allow flowers in intensive care or other special care units

Delivery to Hotels & Holiday Resorts

For deliveries to Hotels & Resorts, please supply Leblanc Special Moments with the recipient's:

  1. Hotel or Resort name
  2. Room name or number and address
  3. Whether the recipient is a guest or part of the staff
